Faulty items will be treated in the same way, please message us first so we can offer the best service and alternative product.

It is the customers responsibility to return the item in a resalable condition, within the 14 days, customer provides the shipping, tracking is your responsibility.

Once the item is received by us in the acceptable condition for resale, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Return postage costs are not covered by B Boutique and we recommend all customers use tracked returns for your own peace of mind.
